As a therapist, I believe it is important not to rely on experience alone to provide the best possible support but to continue training professionally. I am constantly learning clinical skills by attending training and consultations. I do so to ensure that I can continue to provide the best possible care with the sharpest skillset. I am constantly looking to engage in as much outside training as possible in order to broaden my skills both inside and outside of my areas of expertise.
With a variety of treatment approaches available, we can work together to find the right one for you. With training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, an eclectic approach allows the therapy experience to be tailored to your specific needs and to meet your goals.
